Membership Options

A membership will give you the biggest bang for your buck. There are 2 membership options to choose from and both require a minimum commitment of 3-months:

  • Basic Membership $300/month: up to 2 Personal Training Sessions/month + 1 Nutrition Coaching Session/month
  • Pro Membership $500/month: up to 2 Personal Training Sessions/month + 2 Nutrition Coaching Sessions/month + 1 Box of REDOXRadiance/month

3-Pillars Strong Equestrian

12-Weeks: $360

April 8 - June 25

  • Tuesdays: 6:00PM-7:00PM
  • Wednesday: 9:30AM-10:30AM

This 12-week program will help to improve your vision, balance, and movement so you can ride with confidence and be the partner your horse has always dreamed of having. Classes are held once a week and between classes you will practice the drills learned in class. You will receive a tracking manual to track your progress as you work through each week.

There is an option to purchase a personalized package that includes three 1-on-1 sessions (pre, midway, and final). These sessions will include a baseline assessment; progress check and fine tune drills; and post-assessment to go over progress and next steps. The cost for this is: $597

Coaching/Training 1:1

Working with a trainer 1-1 is one of the most effective ways to progress your fitness and overall health. The first step when working 1-1 with me is to do a complete assessment of what you are currently able and/or not able to do. Next, based on that assessment, I will design a program specifically for you, taking into consideration your individual strengths and challenges. Then we will work together to improve your overall health and fitness for a specific amount of time. Finally, we will do a re-assessment to see if we are on the right track. Based on the re-assessment I will adjust your program to continue meeting your goals for overall health and fitness.  

Single 60-minute Session* $90
10 Session Package $750
10 Session Couple's Package $1125
20 Session Package $1300
