Training/Coaching 1:1

Working with a trainer 1-1 is one of the most effective ways to progress your fitness and overall health. The first step when working 1-1 with me is to do a complete assessment of what you are currently able and/or not able to do. Next, based on that assessment, I will design a program specifically for you, taking into consideration your individual strengths and challenges. Then we will work together to improve your overall health and fitness for a specific amount of time. Finally, we will do a re-assessment to see if we are on the right track. Based on the re-assessment I will adjust your program to continue meeting your goals for overall health and fitness.

Friends & Fitness

8-Weeks: $240.00

This 8-week class focuses on balance, strength, and flexibility. As you age, muscle weakness, decreased mobility, and balance challenges increase your risk of injury due to falling. Strength, flexibility, and balance training will help you decrease your risk of injury by strengthening your muscles, improving your balance, and increasing your flexibility.

Here is what to expect each week:

  • Week 1: assessments, equipment required, and Q&A
  • Weeks 2-7: balance drills, strengthening exercises, and stretches 
  • Week 8: re-assessing, Q&A, give a-way, and luncheon

Class sizes are small (8 max) so you can receive as much personalized assistance as possible in a group setting. Each week you will receive a printed copy of the balance drills learned. You are encouraged to practice the drills daily at home. On the last day of class you will also receive a printed copy of all the exercises and stretches you learned during the previous weeks.
