Working with a trainer 1-1 is one of the most effective ways to progress your fitness and overall health. The first step when working 1-1 with me is to do a complete assessment of what you are currently able and/or not able to do. Next, based on that assessment, I will design a program specifically for you, taking into consideration your individual strengths and challenges. Then we will work together to improve your overall health and fitness for a specific amount of time. Finally, we will do a re-assessment to see if we are on the right track. Based on the re-assessment I will adjust your program to continue meeting your goals for overall health and fitness.
